The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 30 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money at around a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your immunity health.
An interesting product and quite expensive for a 30 day supply. It contains vitamin C at 200mg per capsule which is above the daily recommend amount but less than I would generally take. I hadn’t heard of Amla, or Neem plant but having looked them up they seem to have a lot of beneficial properties. The capsules are green and quite large but easy to swallow despite the size. I can’t comment on their effectiveness at preventing colds at this stage but happy to keep taking them if the price comes down! They are vegan and gluten free.
